ICT MANAGEMENT AND TELEGRAM BOT: IMPLEMENTATION OF INFORMATION SERVICES FOR DAAR EL HASANAH STUDENTS

This study describes the implementation of information technology system management and telegram bots in student services information. The method used is descriptive qualitative. was conducted at Daar El Hasanah Jawilan Civilization Islamic Boarding School, Serang Regency, Banten Province. data taken from primary secondary data, which comes documentation boarding schools, relevant books, reputable journals both internationally nationally. Data collection techniques are through observation, in-depth interviews, document assessment, focus group discussions. analysis done process editing, organizing, interpretation. results show that application very effective using for school students, consists academic, financial, library, staffing, reporting, computer-based exams, teacher info, SMS gateway, pavilion services. recommends educational institutions such as schools madrasas take advantage technology's sophistication providing to users.
